Kevin Federline is eager to "minimize the hardship" that his two young sons have to go through, according to his attorney.
People magazine reports that the rapper's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said that the court order barring Britney Spears from seeing the children is "painful, but appropriate".
He said: "Kevin's not indifferent to how difficult it has to be on their mother (Spears) and on the kids. It's a sad situation. There's no victorious feeling."
"Kevin wants zippo more than to be able to parent his children with engagement by their mother."
"Just the best sake of the children ask that they be in the nearly sound, safe, nurturing and consistent environment. That is paramount."
The lawyer likewise said: "[Kevin] is committed to trying to fill any nullify by him being there at completely multiplication for them in any way. He can't replace their mother in their living simply he is departure to try to downplay the hardship."
